Recept
2 nävar bladspenat
1 äpple
0,5 avokado
1 dl fryst mango
1 cm ingefära
Juice från 0,5 citron
0,5-1 tsk spirulina (kan uteslutas)
3 dl vatten
Mixa alla ingredienser i en mixer till krämig konsistens. Toppa med kokosflingor, pumpakärnor, hallon, torkade kokosflingor, gojibär, nötter eller frön.
