HELLO finaste ni. Välkomna till dag 21. Låt oss fortsätt meditera med öppna ögon men istället för ljuslågan, vårt eget öga , någon annas öga så kommer vi idag hitta ett objekt i naturen att spana in. En teknik som givetvis hjälper oss att hitta koncentration men som en bonus också leder till att vi får chansen att ”connecta” med vår kära natur. Jag tror vi alla känner igen oss i att ibland vara omgiven av vacker natur utan att ens veta om det. Vi går där med mobilen i handen och stirrar ner i vår skärm helt omedvetna om (för att låta lite frälst) miraklet omkring oss.
Dagens meditation kan alltså hjälpa oss att verkligen stanna upp och ta in naturen i varenda cell. Så börja med att hitta något du vill titta på – mina favoriter är horisonten, himlen, en blomma och månen.
Gör så här
- Sätt eller lägg dig ner så att du tydligt kan spana in ditt valda objekt.
- Sätt en timer på 15 minuter.
- Blunda, slappna av i kroppen och låt andetaget vara naturligt.
- Öppna ögonen och fokusera blicken stadigt på objektet framför dig (helst utan att blinka). För att förbereda dig, börja med att göra detta i cirka två minuter.
- Därefter sluter du ögonen och ser istället objektet med din inre blick (i området mellan ögonbrynen – ditt tredje öga).
- När du känner dig redo, öppna ögonen igen och försök fokusera på objektet tills timern ringer.
- Om det är många tankar, ta några lite djupare och mer kontrollerade andetag, för att därefter återgå till naturlig andning.
