Tjena snygging!!! Välkommen till dag 16. Vi ska göra en till Tratak meditation så precis som tidigare är detta en meditation med öppna ögon där vi fokuserar vår blick på ett objekt utanför oss. Idag byter vi ljuslågan från igår mot vårt eget öga. För att det ska bli möjligt behöver vi en spegel.
Du tittar dig säkerligen i spegeln varje dag när du smetar på dig mascaran, fixar håret och spanar in dagen outfit. Men vad är det egentligen du ser?
Vi ska ta hjälp av spegeln för att gå bakom ytan och se oss själva på riktigt. Se igenom skalet. Se den vi verkligen är. Något som kanske blir alltmer relevant i en värld där snygga Instagram-bilder ger oss den där omedelbara bekräftelsen. En värld där vi många gånger fullständigt identifierar oss med vårt välmanikurerade yttre skal. Frågan är dock hur långvarig & hållbar den tillfredställelsen är?

Gör så här
- Om du har en helkroppsspegel kan det vara bäst men annars se om du hittar en spegel som du kan placera på väggen ganska nära golvet.
- Ta sen en kudde (eller en stol) och placera cirka en halv meter från spegeln.
- Sätt klockan på 15 minuter.
- Slut ögonen en stund. Hitta en bekväm position där du kan ha en hyffsat rak ryggrad samtidigt som du slappnar av i kroppen så mycket som möjligt.
- Fokusera en stund på ditt naturliga andetag och sensationerna i kroppen.
- När du känner dig redo, öppna ögonen och titta in i spegeln – se dig själv djupt in i ögonen.
- Sitt blick stilla, slappna av i ansiktet och kroppen.
- Notera vilka tankar som kommer upp. Kanske dömer du dig själv för hur du ser ut? Går det i så fall att släppa de där onda tankarna? Går det att gå bakom ditt skal för att börja bli medveten om det vackra som finns där inne?
- OBS! Om det blir för starkt – slut ögonen och kom tillbaka till ditt andetag en stund. Antingen behåller du dem sluta tills klockan ringer eller öppnar dem en stund igen.
För mig är den här meditationen otroligt stark och visar något mer, något mycket mycket större än det där jag ser vid första anblicken i spegeln.
