Dagens meditationsteknik är att blicka in i lågan av ett levande ljus, det är en traditionell form av meditation som kallas Tratak. Denna typ av meditation sägs vara ett av de effektivaste sätten för att hitta koncentration, och som en bonus känner jag också att det aktiverar mitt så kallade tredje öga (Anja Chakra), vilket sägs ge oss övernaturliga förmågor.
Det är en teknik där vi helt enkelt använder ett yttre objekt att fokusera vår uppmärksamhet på och därigenom hitta koncentration. När tankarna flyger iväg någon annanstans (vilket de kommer att göra) så låter vi bara uppmärksamheten komma tillbaka till objektet framför oss.

Gör så här
- Tänd ett ljus och placera det någon meter framför dig.
- Sätt en timer på 15 minuter och inta en bekväm sittande position.
- Blunda, slappna av i kroppen och låt andetaget vara naturligt.
- Öppna ögonen halvvägs och fokusera blicken stadigt på ljuslågan framför dig (helst utan att blinka). För att förbereda dig, börja med att göra detta i cirka två minuter.
- Därefter sluter du ögonen och ser istället flamman med din inre blick (i området mellan ögonbrynen – ditt tredje öga).
- När du känner dig redo, öppna ögonen igen och försök fokusera på lågan tills timern ringer.
- Om det är många tankar som snurrar i ditt huvud, ta några lite djupare och mer kontrollerade andetag, för att därefter återgå till naturlig andning.
