Dagen till ära ska vi ta gårdagens övning ett steg vidare och göra växelvis andning (Anuloma Vilomaeller Nadi Shodhana). Det är en uråldrig teknik som förekommer inom nästan alla yogaformer. Tekniken innebär att du andas varannan gång med höger näsborre och varannan gång med vänster.
Andningen sägs skapa bättre kommunikation mellan våra hjärnhalvor, vilket i sin tur lugnar sinnet, gör oss fokuserade och mer kreativa. Det är också ett helt magiskt sätt att få fokus.

Gör så här
- Ställ din timer så att den plingar var 5e minut.
- Inta sen en bekväm sittande position.
- Ta några djupa andetag och slappna av.
- Lyft upp höger hand, placera pek- och långfingret mellan ögonbrynen och håll tummen ovanför höger näsborre och ringfingret ovanför vänster näsborre.
- Andas in och stäng sedan höger näsborre med tummen samtidigt som du andas ut genom vänster näsborre.
- Andas in genom vänster näsborre, stäng den sedan med ringfingret samtidigt som du släpper tummen och andas ut genom höger näsborre. Andas in genom höger näsborre (detta är en runda).
- Fortsätt så i 5 minuter. Avsluta givetvis om du blir yr eller om det blir obekvämt.
- När timern plingar, låt andetaget vara som det vill under 10 minuter av sittande meditation.
