Idag börjar vi med en enkel andningsövning som kan hjälpa oss att slappna av då den lugnar vårt nervsystem och minskar stress. Det sägs även att den ska leda till klarhet! Same betyder lika och vritti betyder rörelse. Målet är att varje in- och utandning ska vara lika lång och lika medveten. Förläng andetagen försiktigt och räkna tyst för dig själv.
Gör så här
- Ställ din timer på 15 minuter och inta en bekväm position.
- Börja med en eller ett par utandningar där du tömmer lungorna helt.
- Räkna tyst för dig själv Andas in – ett, två. Andas ut – ett, två.
- Andas in – ett, två, tre. Andas ut – ett, två, tre.
- Andas in – ett, två, tre, fyra. Andas ut – ett, två, tre, fyra.
- Om det känns bekvämt, fortsätt tills du räknar till sex. Vänd sedan och räkna ner tills du är tillbaka på två.
- Känn hela tiden att andetagen är jämna och var uppmärksam på kvaliteten, rörelsen och ljudet från din andning under hela övningen.
- När timern plingar, sätt dig en stund och bara låt andetaget vara som det vill.
