Vem är jag? Det är ju just det jag försöker ta reda på hela dagarna. Mitt namn är Josefine Bengtsson och jag pysslar med just det – att förstå vem jag är på ett djupare plan och på så sätt kunna relatera till andra människor och världen på ett härligare vis. Genom yoga, meditation och andra spännande tekniker hittar jag balans i livet och lär känna nya sidor av mig själv.
Tidigare studerade jag ekonomi på Handelshögskolan i Stockholm och arbetade därefter som strategikonsult. Under dessa år började jag uppleva yogans magiska effekt mot stress, press och prestationsångest. Idag brinner jag för att på ett enkelt och väst-anpassat sätt dela dessa uråldriga österländska-tekniker till min omgivning. Jag tror nämligen stenhårt på att världen skulle bli en härligare plats om fler personer förde in yoga och meditation i sina liv. Därför är jag oerhört tacksam att jag idag får jobba med yoga på heltid och även får chansen att blogga om det här på Metromode.
Förutom att undervisa yoga i Sverige driver jag även reseföretaget Yogiakademin. Det vi gör med Yogiakademin är att kombinera en härlig yttre miljö med en spännande inre praktik. Kom gärna på en klass med mig eller häng med på ett retreat – det brukar bli MAGI.
