HELLO kära ni! Jag är i Halmstad och njuter av barfotalivet men snart bär det av mot staden. En av sakerna jag gillar sämst med att vara inne i stan är att jag behöver ha på mig skor, det gör mig klaustrofobiskt på något vis och ogrundad. Jag har alltid älskat att gå barfota och med min livsstil så kan jag ju faktiskt göra det nästan jämnt eftersom jag hänger mest i naturen. Egentligen vet jag inte varför jag älskar så mycket att gå barfota men känns liksom bra i hela kroppen.
Häromdagen, hittade jag till och med forskning på varför det är så nyttigt att gå barfota. Det ger oss tydligen koppling till jordens naturliga energi och kan därav minska både trötthet och olika typer av smärta. Man brukar kalla det ”jordning” eller kanske mera känt som engelskans ”Earthing” och ”Grounding”.
Det som händer är att när våra fötter (eller såklart andra delar av kroppen) kommer i kontakt med jorden så tar vi upp fria elektroner i kroppen. Det i sin tur hjälper till att neutralisera överskott av fria radikaler (som ju ofta är en orsak till inflammation och sjukdom i kroppen). Med andra ord, kan dessa elektroner kallas för naturens största antioxidanter. För att detta utbyte av elektroner mellan jorden och kroppen ska ske bör det helst vara direkt hudkontakt med jorden snarare än exempelvis asfalt eller plastsulor (vissa material stoppar dock inte flödet, exempelvis är naturliga material på skorna bättre än plast).
Jordning verkar enligt forskning vara bra för det mesta såsom:
• Minska inflammation
• Minska smärta
• Minska stress
• Förbättra sömnen
• Öka energi
YEAH – så mer barfotaliv åt folket!!!!

Anyway i wanted to say you that i am happy to see posts and pictures like that.
I think there is very much truth behind that what you wrote in this post. The story about taking the energy from the earth makes absolutly sense.
I am in the opinion we people are in general not created to wear too much stuff on our body. I don’t want to say we should walk naked trought the streets etc. That for sure not but barefootwalking gives definitly some kind of feeling to be free and is for sure much healthier than waling in some heavy shoes.
But for me are female feet also a part of women’s body which make her very attractive, smiliar like f.e cute haunches, shapely legs or bust. That’s why i really appreciate girls like you who don’t afraid to show the natural beauty of their feet and legs in the public and that’s why i really don’t understand women who hide this beauty from some reason. Long live the times where girls were used to go by barefoot 🙂
