I somras lärde jag mig att göra Boveteyoghurt av vår underbara Yogiakademikock Ida. Prova prova! SÅ HIMLA GOTT – dessutom mjölfritt & glutenfritt. YEAH – värsta nyttigt!
Ingredienser
5 dl helt bovete (blötlagt över natten/ca 8 timmar)
2 dl vatten
5 dl hallon
2-4 dadlar
Juice från 0,5 citron
1 banan
Gör så här…
- Blötlägg i åtta timmar eller mer.
- Häll sedan av blötläggningsvattnet och skölj noga bort ”slemmet” som bildas kring bovetet i ett durkslag.
- Mixa bovete, bär, banan, citronjuice och vatten i en mixer till krämig konsistens. Tillsätt dadlar och smaka av till önskad sötma och mixa igen.
- Vill du göra lite extra snyggt kan du mixa hälften av yoghurten med hallon och hälften med blåbär och varva yoghurt:arna om varandra när du serverar, som på bilden.
