Tusentack bästa Yoga Games för en underbar dag. Igår var jag och kära Malin på Yoga Games i Stockholm – sååå kul. Jag trodde att jag skulle vara jetlaggad och därför chilla i helgen men igår när jag vaknade satte jag på mobilen och smsade Malin om hon ville haka på för att i alla fall gå på en klass på Yoga Games. Väldigt spontant cyklade vi dit och det slutade med att vi hängde kvar hela dagen. Sååå härligt!
Egentligen kan jag tycka att ”yogafestivaler” kan bli lite stressigt (utåt-fokuserat snarare än inåt-fokuserat). Och YES, det var som ett riktigt yoga mingelparty, jag kände galet mycket folk men det var samtidigt megakul. WIHOO! Väldigt glad att jag gick. Stor kontrast mot min senaste ”tysta” vecka i Indien men tack vare den kunde jag behålla lugnet och njuta av alla härliga människor.
Det var även första gången på länge som jag gick på en yogaklass (jag kör ju oftast min egen yoga på morgonen). Kul att få energi och inspiration från andra lärare för en gång skull. Vi började dagen med en fysiskt tuff klass med en kille som heter Adam Husler. Därefter var det lekfull partneryoga (med malin som partner!) med härliga Simon Krohn. Vi avslutade med en avslappnande klass med Noah Mazé med fokus på framfällningar, väldigt lugnande.
