Scrambled Tofu – bästa vegan brunchen! Jag är inte helt vegan men äter mestadels vegansk då min kropp verkar må bäst av det. En härlig favvo jag har är denna underbara tofu scrambled. Förutom att gurkmeja ju är anti-inflammatoriskt och något av det nyttigaste vi kan äta så ger den även röran en nästan äggliknande färg så har du någon skeptiker i din omgivning kanske du kan få personen att våga smaka i alla fall. Det var så jag fick min pappa att prova Tofu för första gången :-).
Recept
2 tsk Kokosolja (för stekning)
Ett paket tofu (som du smular söder)
1 näve färsk spenat
1/2 schalottenlök
1/2 tsk gurkmeja
Några nypor färsk timjan
Salt & peppar
