MUMS! Höstig dag – perfekt för att baka Scones. Idag experimenterade jag hej vilt i köket för jag orkade inte gå och handla utan tog det som fanns hemma. Resultatet blev dock GALET gott. Typ mina bästa scones någonsin :-). Så har du inte exakt dessa ingredienser, gör din egen variant vetja! Tipsa gärna i en kommentar nedan!
Recept
3 dl havremjöl
1 dl glutenfria havregryn
1 nypa havssalt
0,5 tsk vaniljpulver
1,5 tsk bakpulver
1 ägg
1,5 dl Oatly iKaffe
1 dl mandelsmör
Gör så här
Blanda havremjöl, havregryn, vaniljpulver, bakpulver och salt i en bunke. Blanda därefter ihop ägget och mjölken i en annan bunke. Häll sen ner de torra ingredienserna och blanda. Tillsätt tillsist mandelsmöret och rör om. Klicka ut ca 5-6 st scones på ett smörad plåt och grädda i ugnen i ca 20-25 min. Jag åt mina med Tahini, smör, avokado & banan.
