YEAH – Glutenfri vegetarisk Pizzakväll! Borta bra men hemma BÄST. Så mysigt att vara i Sverige och Halmstad igen. Jag har inte lagat mat på en månad så väldigt härligt att få leka i köket igen. Idag lagade jag en vegetarisk och glutenfri Pizza till min familj. MUMS!!! Sååååå himla himla gott. Tack bästa bästa Ida Warg för inspiration, jag experimenterade lite med ditt recept!
Ingredienser deg:
- 2 dl rismjöl
- 2 dl bovetemjöl
- 1 sötpotatis
- 4 matskedar olivolja
- 1 msk solrosfrön
- 1,5 dl mandeldryck
- Krydda med havssalt & gurkmeja
Topping:
- Tomatpure
- Champinjoner
- Körsbärstomater
- Purjolök
- Broccoli
- Mozzarella (ta bort om du kör Vegan)
- Ruccola
Såhär gör du…
Skär sötpotatisen i bitar och koka. Mixa den därefter till en puré och tillsätt alla andra ingredienser. Be ut den på en smörad plåt. Min var ca 1 cm tjock. Baka den sen i ugnen på 175grader i 15 min. Ta ut den och lägg på toppingen och sätt in den i ugnen igen i ca 10 min eller tills du ser att den är klar. Ta ut den och toppa med ruccola.
Servera gärna med en härlig avokado sallad!!!
