Ingredienser (2 personer)
1 liter vatten
2 cm riven ingefära
2 msk misopasta
2 msk soya
3 st Salladslök
2 dl Spenat
2 dl Portobellosvamp
2 dl Pak Choi
1 paket Soba nudlar
2 st lime
Några nypor koriander
1 chili
1 dl hackade jordnötter
Ev 2 ägg
Såhär gör du
Blanda vattnet med riven ingefära, misopastan och sojan. Låt detta puttra samtidigt som du fortsätter att laga resterande. Skiva salladslök och spenat. Stek skivad portobellosvamp och Pak Choi. Koka Soba nudlar. Pressa lime i buljongen
Lägg salladslök, spenat, stekta grönsakerna, nudlarna i en djup tallrik och häll över buljongen. Toppa med koriander, chili, hackade jordnötter och mer lime. Eventuellt kan du lägga på ett löskokt eller pocherat ägg också.
