Bästa såsen! Vår magiska Yogiakademikock Emma Kolback lärde mig världens godaste mandelsås förra året i Bretagne. Alltså den är heeeeelt sjuk – beroende framkallande. Det spelar liksom ingen roll vad du har till med denna sås är middagen räddad.
Ingredienser
100 g rostade mandlar
1 citron
1 dl bladspenat
1 knippe färsk basilika
1 knippe bladpersilja
Lite finhackad gränslök
Lite salt och peppar
1-2 dl olivolja (känn in mängden)
Såhär gör du…
- Rosta mandlarna i en stekpanna till de får yta (akta så att de inte blir brända)
- Lägg dem i en mixer och tillsätt resterande ingredienserna (olja sist)
- Börja mixa och häll i lite olja i taget tills du får en härlig konsistens.
