Idag är en sån där dag när jag kom på mig själv med att göra 100 saker samtidigt. Timmar har flutit förbi och jag har kört på i blindo – svarat på melj efter melj, fixat Yogiakademi sajten, flängt mellan platser, planerat klasser, styrt retreats och kvitton…blablabla…
Betat av punkt efter punkt på den där To-do listan. Inte känt kroppen. Inte varit närvarande. Ibland undrar jag om det är jag eller yogastudenterna som kommer att bli utbränd först…hahaha…
Jag gillar alla de där uppgifterna, men när det är för mycket på en gång blir liksom ingenting kul. Allt blir bara stressigt.
Bläääää…. Men för att se det positivt – idag kom på mig själv mitt i all hets! Yes. Jag tog ett djupt andetag och ett till som sen slutade med en underbar yogastund på stranden och en 30 min låååååång savasana. Tack – är en ny människa nu.

Thank you Josefine, your loving kindness means a lot, I appreciate it, it’s going to be a very long day at the hospital, please pray for her successful operation and recovery, I’ve never really lost anybody close to me, and I’m sure no matter how it all turns out, there will be profound spiritual lessons that I must learn.
I must find a way to deal with a new and overwhelming kind of stress that is new for me. My mom has to have open heart surgery tomorrow morning, and has been in declining health, and the fear of losing her and also the fact that my dad is in poor health also, and my siblings and I are trying to juggle all of these responsibilities and duties to take care of them, and the financial and emotional toll is really, really difficult. And I guess the weather getting worse everyday just piles on more negative feelings and limited ways to feel good. I used to walk by the beach and water to relax, but it’s not really possible now. I can’t find comfort in alcohol or food or even coffee, and I need to find a spiritual strength and calm center to handle it all.
