Heeeeeej bästa ni! Nu är jag precis hemkommen från Åre till Stockholm igen. Så tacksam för att få uppleva grymma festivalen Åre Sessions. Tack Redbull & Luger för att ni skapat detta och dessutom ville inkludera Festival Yoga på schemat. Wihoooo!
Tillsammans med Anna Korsgren höll jag tre Festival Yoga klasser totalt. Där jag undervisade och hon spelade musik. På morgnarna körde vi inomhus på Holiday inn som har ett galet vackert yogarum med utsikt över Åresjön. På lördagen hade vi även en av de coolaste klasserna någonsin – MITT I BACKEN. Dessutom i strålande sol till magisk musik som grymma DJ Anna Korsgren bjöd på. Ett minne för livet!
