Här är en favvo smoothie-bowl jag skapade som frukost som ger massor av energi!
Recept
2 nävar bladspenat
1 avokado
1 st fryst banan
1 cm ingefära
1 msk tahini
1 tsk maca-pulver
ca 2-3 dl mjölkfrimjölk (ex Oatly)
Mixa alla ingredienser i en mixer till krämig konsistens. Toppa med exempelvis torkade kokosflingor, torkade tranbär, mandlar eller frön.
