Eftersom jag reser som en tok och ofta äter ute så romantiserar jag lite om mysiga hemmakvällar. Under min tid här i Santa Teresa har vi varit ute och ätit varje kväll men igår blev det en mysig hemmakväll på golvet i vår lilla villa. Jag älskar nämligen att sitta och äta på golvet. Det är liksom mer avslappnat och man kan lägga sig ner å vila lite mellan tuggorna.
Till middag diggar jag lagad och varm mat. Några favoriter när jag lagar är rotfrukter i ugnen, vegetarisk kokosgryta, pumpasoppa. Ikväll blev det rotfrukter med fetaost, en god sallad och mitt favvo glutenfria bröd. MUMS.
Innan middagen gjorde vi en fin meditation. Det är sååå grymt sätt att landa lite och inte slänga i sig maten som jag ofta gör annars. Det blir lite mer ”Mindful Eating” helt enkelt.
